Brookfield Heights is home to over 300 single family homes. The community was set-up with aesthetics in mind. With beautiful landscaping and a well-maintained community park, this is a great place to call home. Multiple events throughout the year, headed by the Brookfield Heights Homeowners Association elected Board Members, help connect you with your neighbors. With covenants in the community, the neighborhood continues to be a wonderful place to live. We are conveniently located just east of Interstate 65 on State Road 26 in Lafayette.

BROOKFIELD HEIGHTS COMMUNITY PARK

Our community park has something for everyone wanting to get out and have a little fun! You can challenge your neighbor to a friendly game on the basketball court or take your talents to the tennis courts. If you prefer a round of horseshoes at the horse shoe pits, check those out instead! The playground is enticing to anyone who wants to climb, slide, or swing, with benches to sit back and keep an eye on the little ones. When you want to take a break, grab a book from the little library located right at the park. Our picnic shelters and outdoor grills make it easy to enjoy a meal while meeting up and enjoying all the park's amenities. With all of this, who needs to go anywhere else?
